METALQUIMIA introduces the new D-ICER 4.0, the smart defrosting line, specially designed for the cyber-industry of the future and for Multistage Defrosting of whole-muscle or ground meat products.

The exclusive D-ICER 4.0 defrosting technology ideated by METALQUIMIA combines total control of the thermal cycles of heating and cooling with the vacuum phases and all movements of the meat, together with very fast and uniform final cooling, guaranteeing the obtainment of defrosted raw material of top quality (highly recommended for injection processes) and optimal food safety, which greatly improves the Chain of Value of said process.

D-ICER 4.0 High-Performance Technology provides the meat processor with a significant reduction in defrosting times which implies greater efficiency and food safety, less required floor space, options for modular growth, as well as improved defrosting yields, resulting in very attractive Returns on Investment (from 6 to 10 months depending on the number of cycles/day).
