Metalquimia has collected, over the past five decades, a set of more than 8,000 articles on the technology of cooked, marinated, cured meat products and snacks and around 6,000 selected studies on additives and different meat products sold in the various markets around the world. 

The Management of Knowledge and Technology, its future trends and its history, has become one of the pillars of the Creativation Strategy followed by Metalquimia, providing for the creation of a true Documentation Center at the service of the international meat industry.
