At its headquarters in Girona, Metalquimia is provided with cutting-edge facilities, on an industrial scale, for the research and development of new processes and cooked, marinated, cured meat products and snacks, constantly equipped and updated with the most modern technologies and machinery for the manufacture of meat products.
Metalquimia makes these pilot facilities available to its customers and partners around the world so that, together with our technologists, they can experiment and test, on a small scale, the implementation of new production methods or the development of next-generation meat products with maximum competitive value.
Metalquimia also offers its potential customers the real possibility of testing, in our Pilot Plant, the virtual technological process suggested by our engineers and technologists during the initial definition of the project. The results obtained in these tests are fully transferable to a larger industrial scale, thus reinforcing our commitment to the customer’s ability to manufacture said products on an industrial scale with the same quality, guarantee, safety and competitive value obtained in the preliminary tests.
